Healthy Snack of the Week

Here is a little dish that I frequently enjoy as of late. So simple and easy. All you do is peel and seed an avocado. Salt and pepper it and drizzle on some olive oil. Serve with warm bread. I like to eat some of the avocado as is and then spread some on the bread, while dipping the bread in the olive oil. Healthy fats = Comfort food at it's finest.
